PROCESS DESCRIPTION

  • 01
    Multi-stage Crushing
    The raw ore is fed into the crushing system by loaders and excavators, and then evenly distributed by a vibrating feeder. The material undergoes primary crushing in a jaw crusher, secondary crushing in a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and fine crushing in a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. Combined with closed-circuit screening via a vibrating screen, the discharge particle size is strictly controlled to ensure that qualified ore is steadily fed into the grinding circuit.

    Closed-circuit Grinding and Classification
    The crushed 0–12mm ore particles are fed into a ball mill for grinding, and the ground material is classified by screening equipment. Oversized particles are returned to the ball mill for regrinding, while the qualified slurry proceeds to the beneficiation stage, achieving stable and highly efficient closed-circuit grinding operations.
  • 03
    Magnetic Separation and Purification
    Tailored to the specific impurities and ore characteristics, a combined process of low-intensity and high-intensity magnetic separation is employed. Utilizing specialized equipment such as wet drum magnetic separators and vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separators, this process effectively removes gangue and associated impurities, significantly boosting both the grade and recovery rate of the iron concentrate.

    Concentrate Drying
    The high-grade iron concentrate obtained from magnetic separation is dehydrated and dried using specialized drying equipment to remove excess moisture. This yields a final iron concentrate product with high purity, stable quality, and compliance with industrial smelting standards.

    Wastewater Recycling System
    All production wastewater is uniformly collected and purified in a thickener. The clarified water overflows and is recycled back into the production system, achieving a closed-loop water cycle. The settled sludge undergoes filtration and dewatering, with the dry solids being stockpiled for disposal. The entire process operates in a closed-loop, eco-friendly manner with zero external wastewater discharge.
