RCDD Electromagnetic Self-unloading Iron Separator

RCDD electromagnetic self-unloading iron separator is a fully automatic iron discharging device. Built upon the RCDB series electromagnetic iron separator, it integrates an iron discharging mechanism consisting of a reduction motor, drum, discharge belt, and scraper.

Widely used in thermal power generation, cement, mining, metallurgy, waste processing (construction/industrial waste), and chemical industries. It is typically installed at the head or middle section of belt conveyors, or upstream of crushers and grinders. Its primary function is to remove impurities such as nails, bolts, and metal fragments, thereby protecting downstream equipment (e.g., preventing belt tearing or crusher jamming) and enhancing material purity. In waste processing applications, the iron removal rate can reach up to 99.2%, while the failure rate is reduced by 60%.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

Once powered on, the excitation coil generates a powerful magnetic field. As materials on the conveyor belt pass through, ferrous impurities are attracted to the surface of the discharge belt. The belt runs continuously, carrying the iron pieces out of the magnetic field area, where they then drop into a collection box by gravity. This achieves fully automatic iron discharging. The entire process requires no power interruption or manual intervention, ensuring the continuous operation of the production line.
