RCYD Permanent Magnet Self-unloading Iron Separator

RCYD Permanent Magnet Self-unloading Iron Separator utilizes a high-performance NdFeB (Neodymium Iron Boron) magnetic system. Working in tandem with an iron-discharge belt and a crowned pulley driven by a geared motor, it automatically removes ferromagnetic impurities weighing between 0.1 and 50 kg. The iron discharge distance is ≥ 500 mm. The magnetic system features a decay rate of ≤ 3% over ten years and a service life exceeding 15 years. It operates within a temperature range of -25℃ to 50℃ and is suitable for conveyor belts with widths ranging from 500 to 2000 mm.

Suitable for industries such as cement, thermal power, metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, and landfills. It is designed to remove iron impurities at various stages, including upstream of crushers, on coal conveying belts, and in mill feed pipelines.

As materials pass beneath the separator, ferromagnetic impurities are captured by the powerful magnetic field generated by NdFeB magnets and adhered to the belt surface. A geared motor drives the belt to transport the iron scraps into a non-magnetic zone (where the magnetic field dissipates), where they are automatically scraped into a collection box. The entire process requires no shutdown, achieving a closed loop of "capture-transport-discharge." It is particularly well-suited for continuous production in environments with high iron content.
