Heavy Vibrating Screen

The heavy vibrating screen is a large-scale mineral screening equipment composed of a screen box, screen mesh, vibration motors, springs, and a base frame. Its steel plate side panels are securely connected, ensuring a robust and durable structure. Operating on the principle of self-synchronous vibration, it relies on dual motors to drive the screen box in a linear motion. The material moves in a parabolic trajectory along the screen surface to complete the screening process, making it highly capable of handling large-particle, high-density materials.

Widely used in the mining industry for ore pre-screening, coal preparation and medium removal in the coal industry, as well as in the building materials and power sectors. It is ideal for the classification of large lumpy materials and medium-to-small granular materials, and can reliably withstand harsh environments with high impact loads.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The vibrator is mounted on the side plate of the screen box and driven by an electric motor via a coupling. Its rotation generates centrifugal inertial force, which forces the screen box to vibrate. The inclination angle of the screen deck can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring supports. Available in both single-deck and double-deck configurations, the screen panels come in two types: punch plate screens and rubber screens. All types are designed to ensure high screening efficiency, long service life, and resistance to blinding. During operation, the material is fed evenly into the screen box through the inlet. Driven by the vibration, the material is tossed forward and stratified by layers: fine particles pass through the lower screen, while oversized particles are retained on the upper screen and discharged from the outlet. Throughout the entire process, high-frequency vibration effectively prevents screen blinding, and the screened materials are discharged separately according to their particle sizes.
