Pulse Bag Dust Collector

The Pulse Bag Dust Collector relies on compartment offline cleaning and pulse jet technology to achieve gas-solid separation. The dusty gas first undergoes pre-dedusting in the ash hopper, after which fine dust particles are intercepted by the filter bags. An intelligent control system then triggers periodic cleaning to maintain optimal performance, ensuring superior dust collection efficiency. Featuring a modular structure, the equipment boasts a well-organized layout of the housing and jet cleaning system, and the filter bag materials can be customized to meet specific requirements.

This equipment is widely applicable to various high-dust industries, including mining, building materials, chemicals, cement, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. It is capable of collecting dust generated during the drying of materials such as iron ore and quartz ore, treating dust from blast furnaces and sintering processes, and also managing boiler flue gas emissions.

ADVANTAGES

1.Rational Combination: Adopts a co-current inlet airflow and co-current filtration mode. This allows dust particles to undergo coagulation and sedimentation simultaneously during the filtration process, effectively reducing the load on the filter bags and decreasing the pulse cleaning frequency.

2.Superior Craftsmanship: The exterior surface is smooth and free of exposed welds, which completely eliminates the abrasion between the filter bags and the cages, thereby significantly extending the service life of the bags. The bag mouths are sealed with elastic snap bands, ensuring excellent airtightness and facilitating easy installation and removal. The cages are manufactured using resistance welding.

3.High-Efficiency Dust Removal: The compartment offline cleaning technology thoroughly strips the dust from the bags, achieving a dust collection efficiency of up to 99.9% and a PM2.5 removal rate of over 95%.

4.Energy & Cost Saving: Designed with low-pressure pulse jet technology (0.4–0.7 MPa), it saves 30% more energy compared to high-pressure pulse systems. The system resistance is strictly maintained below 1500 Pa.

5.Intelligent Control: The PLC dynamically adjusts the cleaning frequency, keeping pressure fluctuation below 0.1%, and fully supports unattended operation.

The dusty gas enters the middle and lower housing of the equipment through the air inlet. Gas-solid separation is achieved as the gas passes through the filter bags. The dust particles are intercepted and retained on the surface of the bags, while the clean gas is discharged through the air outlet.When the dust accumulation on the filter bags reaches a certain level, the pulse controller activates the blowing valves according to a preset program. The compressed air stored in the air receiver tank is instantaneously injected into the filter bags via the blowing tubes and Venturi tubes. This causes the dust on the bag surfaces to fall off and drop into the ash hopper. The collected dust is ultimately discharged through the discharge valve or falls directly into the material silo.
