Silica Flour Processing Line

Silica flour processing line uses silica stone and silica sand as raw materials. Through a full-process processing including crushing, magnetic separation for iron removal, ball milling, and air classification, it can produce quartz powder of different particle sizes and purities. The finished product boasts high purity, excellent whiteness, and uniform particle size, meeting the production standards for quartz slab fillers.

The entire line is lined with ceramic and quartz protective layers to prevent metal impurity contamination. The classifying impeller uses wear-resistant polymer materials, extending the equipment's service life. The entire system is equipped with PLC fully automatic control, enabling one-button operation for grinding and packaging, reducing labor costs. It features low energy consumption, a professional dust removal system, energy saving, environmental protection, and stable and reliable operation.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION

    Sand Making and Screening:
    Ore with a particle size less than 40mm is fed into a vibrating screen and feeder by a loader, and then enters the grinding mill. The material produced by the grinding mill is separated into 26-mesh and 120-mesh products by a sorting screen, while coarse sand larger than 6 mesh is returned to the grinding mill for regrinding.

    Magnetic Separation and Crushing:
    After screening, qualified material enters a magnetic separator via a bucket elevator and buffer silo to remove magnetic impurities. The material after impurity removal enters a ball mill via a weighing belt scale and is crushed into fine powder.

    Finished Product Grading:
    The crushed material is graded by a grading system consisting of an air classifier, cyclone dust collector, pulse bag filter, and high-pressure induced draft fan, separating it into coarse and fine particles. Coarse particles are returned to the ball mill for regrinding via a belt conveyor, while fine particles are collected as finished product.

    Dust Removal:
    The entire system is a negative pressure closed-loop system equipped with a central dust collector. The gas discharged by the induced draft fan is clean gas that meets environmental protection requirements, and there is no dust leakage during the entire production process.
