Dewatering Screen

The dewatering screen is a specialized vibrating screening equipment designed for high-moisture materials such as slurries and muddy sand. It is capable of performing dewatering, desliming, and media removal operations, and is also widely used in tailings dry stacking and sand & aggregate processing.

Relying on linear reciprocating vibration to accelerate moisture separation, and equipped with an adjustable screen inclination, this equipment delivers excellent dewatering performance. Its main body consists of a reinforced steel plate screen box, dual vibration motors, rubber springs, and various screen mesh materials. With a robust structure, it is highly adaptable to automated production lines, offering both environmental and economic benefits.

Widely applied in the dewatering processes of raw coal in coal preparation plants, finished quartz sand in mining, and materials in other new energy industries.

Driven by two synchronous counter-rotating motors, the centrifugal forces generated by the eccentric blocks superimpose in the same direction and cancel out laterally, causing the screen box to vibrate linearly at a high frequency.

Upon entering the feed end, the material first passes through a 45° inclined screen panel, which rapidly removes approximately one-third of the moisture. The remaining material then accumulates to form a filter bed, which is progressively compacted under continuous vibration. Combined with the negative inclination design of the screen surface, the surface water flows backward and converges. Ultimately, the material is discharged in the form of a dry filter cake.
