RCYB Suspension Permanent Magnet Iron Separator

RCYB Suspension Permanent Magnet Iron Separator features a composite magnetic system made of NdFeB permanent magnet materials. It efficiently removes ferromagnetic impurities ranging from 0.1 to 35 kg without requiring any electrical power. The equipment consists of a wear-resistant stainless steel casing and an adjustable suspension bracket. It is maintenance-free, boasts a magnetic system lifespan of over 10 years, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C. It can be flexibly installed on conveyor equipment such as belt conveyors.

Widely used in industries such as mining, coal, cement, and chemical engineering. It is ideal for protecting equipment before crushers, eliminating combustion hazards on coal conveyor belts, and improving the quality of cement grinding by processing raw materials before they enter the mill.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

As materials pass beneath the iron remover, ferromagnetic impurities are attracted to the magnet surface by the powerful magnetic field generated by NdFeB, while non-magnetic materials continue along the conveyor. Cleaning is performed manually; adsorbed iron impurities should be removed periodically using a non-magnetic scraper or by hand (while wearing gloves). This model is suitable for scenarios with low iron content.
