Wet Belt Magnetic Separator（Flat Plate Magnetic Separator）is a highly efficient, energy-saving, and user-friendly permanent magnet mineral processing equipment. PRODUCT STRUCTURE

The mineral slurry enters the uniform feeding device of the magnetic separator through the inlet pipe. After being fully dispersed, it is evenly distributed onto the iron-discharge conveyor belt located above the magnetic plate.Driven by gravity, the slurry flows downward along the inclined surface of the magnetic plate. Under the influence of the intense magnetic field generated by the plate, magnetic particles within the slurry are firmly captured and held by the iron-discharge belt.Driven by a motor, the belt rotates upward along the incline, carrying the captured magnetic materials into the discharge zone. Here, the magnetic particles are washed off by spray water and collected in the magnetic material hopper.Meanwhile, the non-magnetic slurry continues to flow downward along the plate and is collected in the non-magnetic material hopper, thereby achieving the complete separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials.
