Wet Dust Collector

The wet dust collector is a simple wet dust removal device. It works by directing the gas flow to impact the water surface, creating a water curtain that captures dust and removes harmful gases through multiple physical mechanisms. With its simple structure and easy operation, it is highly suitable for high-humidity and high-dust working conditions.

Widely used in high-dust gas environments, such as high-concentration dust in mining and stone processing, as well as in coal-fired boilers, foundry furnaces, and kilns.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

Wet Dust Collector 4

The dust-laden gas rushes into the water tank at high speed. Large dust particles are captured and settled in the water due to inertia. The high-speed airflow impacts the water surface, generating massive splashes and bubbles to form a gas-liquid mixing zone. As the gas flows upward, it passes through multiple layers of stainless steel mesh. Fine dust particles are intercepted by the mesh; as the mesh rotates, the particles are submerged in the water and washed off to the bottom of the tank. Meanwhile, ultra-fine dust fully contacts the water vapor and bubbles, becoming encapsulated by water and agglomerating into larger particles that settle to the bottom by gravity. Simultaneously, water-soluble harmful gases are absorbed by the water body, completing the dust removal and primary purification process.
