Engineer Wang boasts profound hands-on expertise spanning the full spectrum of mineral processing engineering, and has led delivery of multiple landmark overseas turnkey projects, including the Tanzania silica sand processing plant, Russian high-grade manganese ore concentration project, Malaysian large-scale beneficiation concentrator and Brazilian ilmenite extraction plant. He took full charge of the complete project lifecycle, covering process flow design, equipment layout planning, on-site installation guidance, machine commissioning, production trial run and long-term site operation management.
He has independently presided over and collaborated on more than 30 targeted mineral processing laboratory trials and technical research programs, developing targeted separation processes for dozens of mineral varieties. In recognition of his remarkable technical breakthroughs and outstanding industrial contributions, he was honored with the official title of “Weifang City Model Worker” in 2019.
Focused on customized equipment iteration, Engineer Wang led the R&D and mass production of multiple proprietary magnetic separation devices engineered to match unique physical and chemical characteristics of various minerals. His optimized structural designs and separation processes significantly improved mineral recovery rates, cut overall energy consumption and reduced equipment wear, strongly driving iterative technological upgrades across the global mineral processing industry.

He has taken part in numerous core technical R&D programs.
