Silica Sand Acid Leaching Line

Silica sand acid leaching line is suitable for purifying and processing silica sand and silica blocks, efficiently removing impurities such as oxide scale, yellow scale, and black scale from the surface of raw materials. The equipment is made of corrosion-resistant materials, is durable and heat-insulated, and uses environmentally friendly processes, resulting in a finished product with a uniform color and no yellowing.

The integrated equipment combines acid pickling, deacidification, and cleaning functions, has a small footprint, low operating costs, supports acid and alkali water recycling, is green and energy-saving, and can complete the entire purification operation within 24 hours, with excellent impurity removal efficiency.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION

    Material Preparation and Feeding
    The raw ore is temporarily stored in a hopper and then continuously fed into a dedicated acid-washing reactor via a conveyor belt.

    Acid-Washing Reaction
    Inside the reactor, the material fully reacts with eco-friendly acid solutions (such as hydrofluoric acid and oxalic acid, which can be selected based on customer requirements) at a set temperature. During the reaction, the acid solution circulates continuously, and a heating and temperature control system maintains optimal reaction conditions to effectively remove impurities on the quartz surface, including yellow scales, oxide scales, and black scales. The reactor is constructed from eco-friendly insulation materials with excellent corrosion resistance.

    Acid Removal and Washing
    The acid-washed quartz sand sequentially enters an acid-removal hopper, an acid-removal machine, and a dewatering screen for acid removal, washing, and dewatering. This produces clean, high-quality quartz sand, which is then transported to a finished product warehouse for storage.

    Wastewater Treatment and Recycling
    The separated residual acid solution is pumped into a neutralization mixing tank, where industrial alkali is added for neutralization. After neutralization and precipitation, the supernatant overflows into a clean water tank to be reused as circulating process water. This achieves zero wastewater discharge and enables the recycling of resources.
