RCDF Oil-Cooled Self-unloading Iron Separator

RCDF oil-cooled self-unloading iron separator features forced oil circulation cooling technology, with the excitation coil immersed in sealed transformer oil and paired with corrugated cooling fins, ensuring a temperature rise of ≤50℃. It integrates a drive motor, drum, and discharge belt to automatically remove ferromagnetic impurities ranging from 0.1kg to 50kg. Suitable for belt widths of 1000–2400mm, it is ideal for continuous iron removal in bulk material processing.

Primarily designed for industrial environments characterized by high dust, high humidity, and corrosive conditions. Typical applications include large thermal power plants, coal handling ports, coal mines, as well as the building materials and chemical industries. It is especially suitable for large-scale conveyor systems with belt widths ≤2400mm and belt speeds ≤5.8m/s, perfectly meeting high-precision iron removal requirements.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

RCDF iron Separator 1

When the excitation coil is energized, it generates a powerful magnetic field that attracts ferromagnetic impurities from the material onto the surface of the iron-discharge belt. Meanwhile, transformer oil absorbs the heat from the coil and circulates back after cooling, keeping the coil temperature rise at or below 50℃ to ensure magnetic field stability. The discharge belt then transports the iron pieces to a non-magnetic zone, where they automatically drop into the iron collection box due to gravity. The drum-shaped roller automatically corrects deviations, preventing the belt from running off-track. The entire unit features a fully sealed oil-cooling system that operates without external air, effectively isolating it from dust contamination.
