Square Gyratory Sifter

The square gyratory sifter, also known as a reciprocating vibrating screen, is driven by the coordinated action of eccentric blocks and flexible connecting rods. This creates a three-dimensional compound motion that causes the material to spread in a spiral pattern and disperse rapidly across the screen surface, ensuring high screening efficiency. The equipment can be configured with multiple screen layers and features a fully enclosed housing for excellent durability. It is widely used in various high-precision screening applications.

The vibration force generated by the motor drive of the square gyratory sifter is an inertial force that revolves around a fixed axis and changes direction in a regular pattern. Essentially, it is a reciprocating inertial force formed by the rotation of an eccentric wheel around a fixed axis. Based on its structural characteristics and working principle, the screen surface is generally arranged horizontally or with a slight inclination (at an angle of 0-5°).

Upon startup, the inertial force drives the screen box to move back and forth. The screen box and the screen surface oscillate periodically as a single unit, causing the material on the screen to move directionally in a jumping motion. During this process, particles smaller than the screen openings fall through to the lower layer, becoming the undersize material. Meanwhile, particles larger than the openings are continuously tumbled and jumped toward the discharge outlet, thereby completing the screening process.
