The Electromagnetic Dry Powder Magnetic Separator efficiently separates magnetic substances from dry powders using a controllable electromagnetic field, making it particularly suitable for fine-grained mineral powders. To meet the increasingly stringent purity requirements in industries such as semiconductors, fine chemicals, and new energy lithium battery materials, the Guote Electromagnetic Dry Powder Magnetic Separator adopts a high-gradient magnetic circuit design. With a magnetic field strength of up to 20,000 Gauss, it effectively removes weakly magnetic impurities from powders.

Widely used for iron removal and purification in high-tech sectors such as photovoltaics & semiconductors, lithium battery new energy, electronic materials, and optical fiber communications. It is also suitable for traditional industries including ceramics & building materials, abrasives, and chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing. Additionally, it effectively removes iron and titanium impurities from non-metallic minerals like silica powder, feldspar powder, and kaolin.

During operation, dry powder materials are evenly fed into the separation zone by a feeding device. The electromagnetic coils are energized to generate an adjustable, high-intensity magnetic field. Magnetic minerals are captured and adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic media by magnetic force, while non-magnetic minerals rely on gravity or inertia to maintain their trajectory and are discharged through the non-magnetic outlet.Once the adsorbed magnetic materials move out of the magnetic field zone with the media, they automatically detach and are collected via the magnetic outlet. The magnetic media operates in a continuous cycle, achieving uninterrupted separation.
