Uzbekistan 1,300t/d Quartz Plate Sand Processing Plant
The client's original ore was vein quartz, presenting as porcelain-white lumps.
Based on the ore and site conditions, Guote planned and designed a construction plan, selecting the most cost-effective equipment combination for the client. They also developed a production line layout, significantly reducing investment costs.
GUOTE SOLUTION
Crushing: The raw ore is crushed to the required particle size for sand production in a crusher. The crushing process is generally divided into three stages.
Sand Making: The material enters the vibrating screen for screening through the feeder via a belt (with a weighing scale). The screened material enters the spiral ore washer for preliminary washing and desludging. After pre-washing, the material enters the scrubbing machine for secondary scrubbing. The scrubbed slurry enters the desludging bucket on the grading tower through the slurry pump to separate the sand, mud and impurities of the material, reduce the mud content of the original ore and balance the slurry.
Magnetic Separation: The material is transported via a conveyor belt over magnetic rollers. Non-magnetic material, being non-magnetic, falls directly from the rollers into the non-magnetic material outlet. Magnetic material is attracted to the belt by the magnetic rollers and falls through the magnetic material outlet, separating the magnetic and non-magnetic materials.
Screening: Linear vibrating screen and square swing screen are two high-efficiency screening equipment with high precision and large output specially developed by Guote Equipment. The vibrating and swinging motion of the vibrator is transmitted to the screen surface, so that the material is quickly dispersed in front of the screen, thereby achieving the purpose of efficient screening.
PROJECT RESULT
After processing, the raw ore meets the requirements for plate concentrate. This project reduced production costs by 20% and improved product quality. The customer was very satisfied.
The entire plant operates smoothly, the equipment performs well, and the mineral processing indicators and economic benefits meet the requirements.
