Crushing: The raw ore undergoes a crushing process to the particle size required for sand making. The crushing process is generally divided into three stages.

Pickling: After crushing, the material enters the pickling stage to remove yellow and black impurities on the surface.

Sand Making: The material enters the vertical sand making machine via an elevator. Utilizing the Bamako principle, sand is produced by rock-on-rock impact, avoiding material contamination and improving the sand's particle size. This equipment features an integrated airflow classification system that instantly extracts fine dust generated during the impact process, minimizing excessive material loss and dust generation. While traditional horizontal sand making machines produce over 30% fines, our company has reduced dust generation in vertical sand making machines to approximately 5%-10% using the latest technology.

Magnetic Separation: The material is transported via a conveyor belt over magnetic rollers. Non-magnetic material, being non-magnetic, falls directly from the rollers into the non-magnetic material outlet. Magnetic material is attracted to the belt by the magnetic rollers and falls through the iron outlet, separating the magnetic and non-magnetic materials.

Screening: The square swing screen is a high-efficiency screening equipment with high precision and large output specially developed by Guote Equipment. The square swing screen transmits the vibration and swinging motion of the vibrator to the screen surface, so that the material is quickly dispersed in front of the screen machine, thereby achieving the purpose of efficient screening.
