The Malaysian processing line, signed this time, is a large-scale, technologically advanced high-end silicon material purification project in Southeast Asia. Guote Equipment will provide a full-process turnkey service, from experimentation and design to equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. The core focus of the project is the production of low-iron quartz sand for photovoltaic glass and high-end silicon materials for TFTs, precisely matching the stringent raw material standards for high-end manufacturing such as photovoltaic modules and display panels, filling the gap in large-scale production of high-purity silicon sand in Southeast Asia.

Recently, the main equipment for a 300,000 TPY high-purity quartz sand processing line designed and manufactured by Guote Equipment for Southeast China has been completed. The core equipment, including drum screens, desliming buckets, hydraulic classifiers, obstructed settling machines, wet belt magnetic separators, and wet high intensity magnetic separators （WHIMS）, has been loaded and shipped in batches, marking an important step forward for my country in the localization of high-purity sand equipment and the integration of complete production lines.
