Guote Signs Strategic Cooperation Deal with Indonesia

Under the agreement, both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation around Indonesia's mining and new energy industries, covering Guote's full range of core products, including high-end mining equipment, mineral processing and magnetic separation systems, complete crushing-grinding-separation-screening plants, PV-grade silica sand purification equipment, and high-purity silica sand processing systems. Notably, this cooperation incorporates PV-grade silica sand purification technology as a core direction, supporting the development of Indonesia's local PV industry chain supply.

Under the agreement framework, Guote will provide comprehensive technical enablement for its Indonesian partner, including technical training at Guote's China headquarters, full English technical documentation, dedicated support for PV sand and high-purity quartz purification processes, remote technical response, and genuine spare parts supply. The first contract year serves as a strategic incubation period, with both parties setting annual procurement targets. Should the partner exceed annual targets, the cooperation will be further upgraded and deepened.

In 2023, Guote delivered a 600,000 TPA natural silica sand processing plant in Belitung, Indonesia. Based on local natural silica sand, the plant adopts a full process flow of scrubbing, screening, classification, high-gradient magnetic separation, and dewatering, producing PV-grade and high-purity glass sand for solar panel and flat glass manufacturing. Guote provided the EPC turnkey solution, covering process design, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training.
