Iron ore is diverse, with magnetite, hematite, and limonite exhibiting significantly different mineral characteristics, making universal beneficiation templates impossible. Based on over ten years of experience in mineral separation testing and research, Guote Equipment has developed mature and feasible complete process routes tailored to the characteristics of these three types of ores.

1. Magnetite Beneficiation
Magnetite is highly magnetic, but the separation of associated titanium, vanadium, and gangue minerals is challenging. Guote, undertaking a 5 million-ton-per-year vanadium-titanium magnetite project in Xinjiang, designed a multi-stage, graded magnetic separation process specifically for the characteristics of vanadium-titanium magnetite. Through staged grinding and a combination of strong and weak magnetic separation, the process effectively separates iron minerals from associated titanium and vanadium components, improving the grade of iron concentrate while achieving comprehensive recovery of valuable elements, significantly enhancing the overall economic benefits of the mine. The entire process is equipped with Guote's self-developed high-gradient magnetic separator and drum magnetic separator equipment, operating stably with a large throughput. It has been in stable production for a long time, becoming a benchmark production line for large-scale vanadium-titanium magnetite mines in China.
2. Hematite Beneficiation
Hematite is a weakly magnetic iron ore, and simple magnetic separation cannot achieve ideal separation results. Based on the ore's weathering degree and particle size distribution, Guote flexibly combines gravity separation, high-intensity magnetic separation, and flotation processes to solve the problem of fine-grained hematite loss, effectively improving concentrate recovery rates. This is suitable for upgrading and new construction projects in large and medium-sized hematite mines both domestically and internationally.
3. Limonite Beneficiation
Limonite has high water content and severe mud formation, making fine ore separation equipment prone to clogging. Guote specifically optimizes the pre-desliming process and provides dedicated separation equipment to reduce interference from muddy minerals in the separation process, achieving efficient quality improvement of limonite and helping customers reduce subsequent smelting costs.

Core Advantage: Guote insists on ore sample testing before process design. After receiving customer ore samples, Guote conducts laboratory beneficiation tests to simulate the complete production process. Based on the test data, a customized production line is designed, avoiding simply copying existing solutions and ensuring that beneficiation indicators meet standards from the source.
