RCYZ Permanent Pipeline Self-cleaning Iron Separator

[Overview]:RCYZ permanent magnet pipeline automatic iron remover is an automatic iron removal device designed for powder material conveying systems. It generates a magnetic field through high-strength NdFeB permanent magnets to continuously remove ferromagnetic impurities (such as broken steel segments, iron filings, etc.) mixed in the material. Its core function is to prevent downstream equipment (such as grinders and roller presses) from shutting down due to "iron jamming" failures. It is suitable for closed pipeline environments and has the characteristics of fully automatic operation and no dust leakage. It is a key energy-saving equipment in cement, metallurgy and other industries.

[Application scenarios]:Widely used in cement (iron removal before bulk slag, iron removal of regrinding coarse powder), electricity, chemical industry, steel metallurgy, food processing, glass and ceramics. Its function is to improve the purity of materials and protect equipment.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

Introduction: The equipment consists of three parts: pipeline body, drive device, and magnet operation device. The magnetic source adopts NdFeB permanent magnet material, with a large magnetic penetration depth, and the iron removal particle size covers ≤30mm to ≤180mm (depending on the model). Typical models such as RCYZ-600 have a processing capacity of 600t/h, only require a 1.1W motor drive, and the whole machine weighs 1800kg. The inner wall of the pipeline is made of wear-resistant manganese steel or special coating, which significantly extends the service life. It supports 45°-75° inclination installation and seamless connection to the existing conveying pipeline.
Working principle: The equipment is connected in series in the inclined pipeline. When the material flows through, the ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed to the inner wall of the pipeline; the permanent magnet moves in a cycle driven by the drive device, dragging the adsorbed iron impurities to the iron outlet. When arriving at the iron discharge area, the magnetic field disappears due to the removal of the magnet, and the iron impurities automatically fall into the iron collection box under the action of gravity. There is no need to cut off the power or manual intervention during the whole process, realizing the “continuous iron removal-iron discharge closed loop”.
