A batch of over 20 permanent magnet roller magnetic separators were delivered to a customer in Gansu, facilitating manganese ore sorting and ushering in a new era of efficient sorting. This batch of equipment will help the customer process 2 million tons of manganese ore annually, with an estimated efficiency increase of over RMB 30 million. The customer employed dry permanent magnet separation on-site, saving water, electricity, and costs, achieving high profits at low costs, achieving higher profit targets and optimizing revenue. Roller magnetic separators are suitable for removing impurities from various materials, including iron ore, manganese ore, and quartz ore. They can reach magnetic fields of over 10,000 gauss and are available in a variety of models, offering an astonishing processing capacity!

Permanent magnet dry roller magnetic separators are dry separation equipment that utilizes permanent magnet rollers as the magnetic source. High-speed rotating magnetic rollers generate a high-gradient magnetic field (8,000-15,000 gauss). They are specifically designed for the continuous separation of 0-5mm minerals and are particularly suitable for areas with water scarcity or for materials requiring moisture removal. The magnetic rollers utilize a concentrated composite magnetic system, achieving magnetic field strengths up to 15,000 GS with higher gradients. A controlled feeding system ensures uniform material flow through the magnetic field. The conveyor belts used for the magnetic rollers are made of a special material with excellent wear resistance. The roller magnetic separator also automatically removes weakly magnetic oxides, ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation.
