Brazil ilmenite project operation

In the Brazilian ilmenite mine EPC project, Guote provided comprehensive management services throughout the entire construction process, encompassing pre-construction planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring on-time, quality, and quantity completion.

This project, an EPC project for a mineral processing plant, involved multiple professional and coordination aspects, including design, equipment supply, construction, installation, and commissioning. At every stage, Guote rigorously controlled quality, schedule, and cost. During the design phase, Guote conducted a comparison and analysis of proposed solutions. During the equipment manufacturing phase, Guote selected high-quality supporting manufacturers and maintained strict quality control, selecting a construction team with a proven track record in similar projects. During the installation and commissioning phase, Guote developed a contingency plan and strictly adhered to it, ultimately ensuring the smooth completion of the general contracting project.

Russian manganese ore processing plant put into production

For the Russian manganese ore processing plant project, GUOTE undertook EPC services, including construction drawing design and design of auxiliary facilities within the processing plant, encompassing the processing technology, general layout, water supply and drainage, dust removal, ventilation, automation, civil engineering management, and operations.

GUOTE's technical management team provided various technical management services based on client requirements, including completing production process commissioning and trial production; ensuring that production technical indicators essentially met process design specifications; striving for stable operation of subsequent production indicators; completing the construction of the processing laboratory and test room, ensuring they met technical requirements and were operational; staffing the processing plant with production personnel; conducting job training; establishing safety management systems and operating procedures for production equipment; formulating monthly production and technical plans and maintenance plans; annual overhaul plans; and technical plans for the next year. GUOTE conducted statistical analysis, continuously reviewed operational issues, improved production technology and management capabilities, and evaluated the subsequent production and construction plan for the manganese ore processing plant project, completing the necessary preliminary preparations.
