GUOTE SOLUTION
-
1
The raw ore first undergoes sand making, cleaning, desludging, and classification.
-
2
After the mill grinds the raw ore into sand, it is fed to a post-grinding screen (2-3mm mesh) for screening. The undersize product enters the slurry tank, while the oversize product is returned via a return conveyor for secondary sand making.
-
3
The product in the slurry tank is pumped into a scrubber via a slurry pump, where surface colloids, thin films of iron, and aluminum are removed through physical, flexible extrusion and friction.
-
4
The scrubbed slurry is pumped into the desludging hopper on the grading tower by a slurry pump to separate sand, mud, and impurities, reduce mud content, and balance the slurry.
-
5
The desludging product enters a hindered settler, where coarse particles larger than 26 mesh (adjustable) are separated and returned to the mill via a return device for re-grinding. The hindered settler is equipped with a safety screen to improve classification efficiency.
-
6
Product below 26 mesh enters a hydraulic classifier, which separates fine particles smaller than 140 mesh.
-
7
The qualified particle size product output from the blocked settler and hydraulic classifier enters a high-magnetic plate magnetic separator (magnetic field strength 12,000-13,000 GS) to remove all mechanical iron and some weakly magnetic iron.
-
8
The iron-removed product enters a vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separator (electromagnetic field strength 1.4 T) for deep electromagnetic iron removal.
-
9
The iron-removed product enters a thickener for concentration and is then sent to the flotation equipment area for dealuminization and iron-silicon extraction.
-
10
The flotation product passes through a dewatering screen to reduce moisture content and is then transported by belt conveyor to the finished product area for the next process.
-
11
The system is equipped with a thickener to collect water from various systems and settle it, with the clear water being reused in the wet sanding system.
-
12
The slurry from the thickener is pumped by a slurry pump to a filter press or ceramic filter for cement separation. The mud biscuits are stacked, and the fine sand is collected in a thickener after water removal as a secondary sand product.
-
13
The final products include concentrated sand, secondary sand (fine sand) and dry mud cake. The entire process is free of external discharge and only requires a small amount of water replenishment.
PROJECT RESULT
