Guizhou Granite Processing And Tailings Treatment Plants
The project's raw ore is granite, a lump ore with a complex composition.
After on-site environmental investigations and multiple rounds of plan revisions, Guote's technical staff finalized an innovative process flow for the project, taking into account cost savings, environmental protection, safety, and automation requirements.
GUOTE SOLUTION
-
1
Crushing: The raw ore undergoes a three-stage crushing process, gradually reducing it to a particle size that meets sand production requirements. It then enters the wet sand production process.
-
2
Sand Making and Desliming: A ball mill combined with a multi-step scrubbing process is used to produce and grade the -3cm material. High-concentration, high-speed scrubbing effectively removes thin film aluminum impurities from the sand's surface. Desliming and multi-stage grading ensure the finished product has a satisfactory particle size.
-
3
Magnetic Separation: Subsequent medium and high-level magnetic separation processes systematically remove magnetic materials, ensuring that the quartz sand product meets quality standards.
-
4
Water Treatment: The entire production line is equipped with a high-efficiency thickener that centrally collects and settles all process water, enabling water recycling. The entire system eliminates external discharge, meeting clean production requirements.
PROJECT RESULT
The quartz granite project has officially commenced production. The concentrator utilizes innovative, customized, state-of-the-art technology to maximize the recovery and utilization of granite tailings. This project transcends the limitations of traditional Chinese mineral processing methods, creating an automated, zero-emission processing plant. The plant's mineral recovery rate and overall profitability have been significantly improved, truly achieving the goal of improving quality through technology and promoting development through innovation.
