Crushing and Acid Washing: The raw ore undergoes a three-stage crushing process, before entering the acid wash stage and drying.

Sand Making: The material is conveyed via an elevator to a vertical sand making machine. Utilizing the "Bamako" principle and a "stone-on-stone" sand-making process, this machine minimizes contamination while improving the particle size. This equipment features an integrated airflow classification system that instantly extracts fine dust generated during the impact process, minimizing both excessive material loss and dust generation. Compared to traditional horizontal sand making machines, which can produce over 30% fines, our company utilizes the latest technology to control dust levels in our vertical sand making machine to approximately 5%–10%.

Magnetic Separation: Materials travel on a conveyor belt over magnetic rollers. Non-magnetic materials, being non-magnetic, fall directly from the rollers into the non-magnetic material outlet. Magnetic materials, on the other hand, are attracted to the rollers and flow along the belt to the taphole, effectively separating the magnetic and non-magnetic materials.

Screening: Direct vibrating screens and square oscillating screens are high-precision, high-capacity, and efficient screening equipment specially developed by Guote Equipment. These devices use a vibrator to generate a combined vibration and oscillation motion, which is transmitted to the screen surface. This motion rapidly disperses the material at the front of the screen, achieving efficient screening.
