The original ore is magmatic, with a complex mineral composition and coexisting with titanium magnetite and vanadium-titanium magnetite, making beneficiation challenging.
To address this complex ore type, Mr. Wang, a senior beneficiation engineer at Guote, personally conducted on-site surveys, collected samples for testing, and developed a tailored process flow.
The process utilizes Guote's patented "five-drum magnetic separator," which perfectly separates iron ore concentrate, titanium concentrate, and impurities.

Use mechanical crushing and screening technology to separate iron ore into particles of different sizes.

Perform mid-field strength primary selection on the separated particles, mainly using mid-field strength magnetic separator to separate the iron concentrate.

Then use high-field strength magnetic separator for secondary selection to obtain high-grade ilmenite concentrate and medium- and low-grade tailings.
